Review of Economics (Jahrbuch für Wirtschaftswissenschaften)

The Review of Economics (ISSN 0948-5139) is a peer-reviewed general interest journal and publishes articles from all fields of economics. Only articles with a strong policy focus are considered for publication. The Review of Economics will consider papers that are based on (i) a well defined theoretical model (ii) an empirical analysis or (iii) an experimental or (iv) an evidence-based framework.  The journal is included in the list of journals used to construct the German Handelsblatt-Ranking of individual researchers and economics faculties.

Czech Journal of Economics and Finance

The Czech Journal of Economics and Finance (ISSN 0015-1920) is an English-language, double-blind refereed academic journal published in Prague since 1951. It devotes special attention to monetary economics, public finance, financial economics, and international economics, but it is open to high-quality papers from all fields of modern economics. The editors prefer empirically oriented papers, but do not exclude review articles or theoretical contributions provided that they are of high quality and relevant to the journal's aims.

European Journal of Government and Economics

The European Journal of Government and Economics (EJGE, Online ISSN: 2254-7088) is an international academic journal (issued online with biannual frequency) for peer reviewed research on all aspects of government and economics. EJGE is particularly interested in current issues regarding the inter-relationship between the fields of government and economics, from the influence of government on the economy (economic policy) to economic explanations of government (public choice). It is also particularly interested in questions directly or indirectly related to Europe. The journal is retrievable via www.ejge.org. Homo Oeconomicus

The journal is devoted to the study of classical and neoclassical economics, public choice, collective decision-making, and law & economics. HOEC is a refereed journal publishing manuscripts in English. The electronic archive of the journal Homo Oeconomicus (full text since volume XVII, 2000) is retrievable via www.gbi.de.

International Journal of Economic Policy Studies

The International Journal of Economic Policy Studies (ISSN 1881-4387) is edited and published by the Japan Economic Policy Association. Its purpose is a broadly defined, comprehensive coverage of both theoretical and empirical studies within the field of economic policy. Managing Global Transitions

Managing Global Transitions (ISSN 1581-6311) is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal, published by the Faculty of Management Koper (Slovenia). To advance the understanding of transition contexts internationally the journal aspires to enhance the availability of conceptual developments and quantitative and qualitative empirical studies from different cultural environments in business and other contexts. The journal is indexed in IBSS, EconLit, DOAJ, EconPapers and EBSCO.

Operations Research and Decisions

The journal Operations Research and Decisions (ISSN 1230-1868) is published by Wrocław University of Technology. This quarterly includes original scientific papers in Polish or in English on the management science, with emphasis on quantitative methods as a tool for solving management problems. In particular, the works deal with the subjects of forecasting, econometric and statistic methods, optimization and simulation, management information systems and systems supporting decision making, and management expert systems.

The Czech Society for Operations Research

The Czech Society for Operations Research (CSOR) is a professional society that brings together experts from the academic and corporate environments, who are professionally interested in mathematical modelling and operations research from both theoretical and application aspects. CSOR is a member of EURO (the Association of European Operational Research Societies), which is a society that includes all European national operations research societies and IFORS (the International Federation of Operations Research Societies), which covers national OR societies on all continents. CSOR organizes annual conferences Mathematical Methods in Economics and other thematic seminars and workshops.

The Slovak Society for Operations Research

The Slovak Society for Operations Research (SSOR) is a member of the Association of European Operational Research Societies within the International Federation of Operational Research Societies(IFORS), founded in 1993. From 1993 the SSOR has been organizing the yearly international conference “Quantitative Methods in Economics”, formerly called “Multi-criteria Optimization” and “Multiple Criteria Decision Making”, respectively.
